Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content available on or through Bold Growth System infringes a copyright you own or control, you may submit a written notification of claimed infringement (“DMCA Notice”) to our designated copyright agent.

Your DMCA Notice must include all of the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
    Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it
  3. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.

Your counter-notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or the State of Iowa if outside the United States) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA Notice

Repeat Infringers

Bold Growth System may, in appropriate circumstances and at its sole discretion, terminate access to users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers.
